Former political organizer turned designer with top-notch training and experience in human-centered product and service design.
Currently serving as a service design lead at Devoted Health, I’ve long been drawn to solving complex problems creatively alongside people I love.
A few career highlights that have shaped my professional path:
I served on the Design Leadership team at Nava, a public benefit corporation founded out of the redesign and relaunch of Healthcare.gov. Nava works with government partners, including CMS, VA, the State of California and others to create technology and services that serve real human needs and instill a sense of trust in our government.
I served in a Lead Designer role for the USAA Chief Design Office, focused on scaling a human-centered design and development approach enterprise-wide. Formerly served as a designer at the VA Center for Innovation to increase veteran access to mental health services.
Graduate of the Austin Center for Design, where I now teach Research and Synthesis.
First-generation college student keen on dismantling the structures that have, for far too long, systemically given privilege to a chosen few.
